The Résidence comprises eight flats, a duplex and a house. Each flat integrates into the old buildings, giving it a distinctive feature.
We have created plenty of space for modern residences in the historical environment. The house, for example, has loft character, lending it a special flair of open space. All ground floor flats have their own entrance and a private garden with terrace and a small garden shed, allowing you to enjoy nature at its best.
There is a choice of flat sizes ranging between 80 and 130 square metres. The duplex even measures as much as 170 square metres and the house, 90 square metres. But that merely defines your space requirement. What your flat or house will look like inside is entirely up to you.
