An attractive exterior, flexibly drafted floor plans, fast data transmission lines and a location with good access to transport are the features that make this office building so attractive. The plans were drawn up by the Luxembourg architecture firm Cavallini.
This sophisticated property was completed by HOCHTIEF Luxembourg in collaboration with Wagner & Fils in 2002. Convinced of the quality of the building, HOCHTIEF Luxembourg immediately seized the opportunity and took possession of one floor of the building itself.
