We modernised a total of 1,120 square metres of office space. The complete renovation of the roof was the major task that was required. An air-conditioning system was installed in the attic for the first time. The existing wood beam ceiling was not strong enough to bear this load, so we developed a special steel construction above the beam ceiling to which the load was transferred. The ventilation of the offices utilises ventilo-convectors which heat the rooms in winter and cool them in summer. The heating ducts already in place are used to supply cold and hot water to the convectors. The fresh air ducts for the individual offices have been installed above the suspended ceilings in the corridors.

Oak parquet flooring as a covering creates an atmosphere of quality. The walls have been papered with painted fibreglass wall covering.
