The right surroundings for working efficiently.

Everyone enters the five-storey building through a lobby. It is divided into two areas: one for personnel and one for customers. There are double floors and suspended ceilings in the offices. The interstices in the floors and ceilings provide space for the building systems: ventilation, electrical wiring, data cables and other installations. Since all of the functions are accessible everywhere, the offices can be used in open-space design. Theoretically, every area can be customised and modified slightly.

The floors are covered in a mixture of natural stone and carpet. The walls have either been painted or papered with painted fibreglass wall covering.

The building has three underground levels with 160 parking spaces for cars, rooms for the building systems and archives and a vault. The Banque Populaire shares the access ramp with the neighbouring State Street Bank, which we also built.
