Natural materials characterise an impressive image.

The natural stone exterior is made of basalt lava. Reception and bar counters pick up on the material from the exterior and have also been made from basalt lava. The floors in the entrance lobby and restaurant are covered with Jura limestone. Wood elements of precious American walnut provide a striking contrast. The public toilets feature Italian floor coverings and designer tiles on the walls.

Remote cooling assures a pleasant temperature in all of the public areas. The air in the guest rooms is tempered by convection coolers. In addition, there is a wellness area, including a Finnish sauna, steam sauna and fitness room, for the well-being of the guests.

Acting as the general contractor, we completed the hotel in a mere 21 months of construction and handed it over, turnkey, including FF&E.
