One example of a project development successfully carried out by HOCHTIEF Luxembourg is the State Street Financial Center on Kirchberg. HOCHTIEF Luxembourg developed and optimised this sophisticated bank building specifically for the needs of the future tenant, realising as well as financing the turnkey project.
Once again, Decker, Lammar & Associés, which had given the Kirchberg Urban District Centre its distinctive face, was engaged for the architectural planning. The façade of high-quality natural stone only hints at the technologically advanced interior furnishings of this four-storey high-rise.
