CIPA Dudelange, Luxembourg
We have developed a modern nursing home for the elderly on the Rue Pierre Dupong in the commune of Dudelange. Originally run by Franciscan nuns, the state nursing home was extended and modernised in several stages. The second phase of construction was completed in 2009. Besides being situated in close proximity to Dudelange’s municipal park, the nursing home is also surrounded by a park designed by us, making it ideal for a leisurely stroll.
The three-storey building consists of two wings connected by a glass atrium from which residents can enjoy a magnificent view of Dudelange. The entrance hall is spread across three floors and includes a reception, bar and kiosk. This is where residents meet when they are not making use of the many service facilities available in the home.
