The level of comfort in the residential complex “Am Sauerdall” leaves nothing to be desired. The building has a ground floor and three upper storeys. It contains a total of eight units with one, two or three bedrooms, two of them maisonettes extending over the 3rd and 4th floors. The floor space of the units ranges between 70 and 110 square metres.

The building is equipped with a sun protection system in the form of wooden sliding shutters on glide rails so that the south façade presents a constantly changing appearance of vibrancy. The living and dining areas have been furnished with underfloor heating to increase comfort in these areas; the other rooms are equipped with classic radiators. These appointment features are clearly indicative of the great care taken during the planning. But this does not mean that practical aspects were ignored. The lift, for example, was designed especially for people with impaired mobility and can be used by people in wheelchairs.

The residential complex “Am Sauerdall” is undoubtedly a top-class building, and all of the fixtures and furnishings, which were carefully considered during planning, are testimonials to the determination to ensure its extraordinary character.
