Light floods through large glass panels into the entrance lobby on the front side. The glass lift continues the theme of transparency. Natural light can penetrate deeply into the heart of the Résidence, providing a brightly lit and pleasant atmosphere. When darkness falls, light streams through the glass panels from the interior of the Résidence to the outside, giving the exterior an appealing structure and turning the Artemis into a glowing landmark in the urban surroundings.

The parking spaces for cars are in the underground level which can be accessed directly by lifts and stairs. Even this level is dominated by a brightly lit, friendly ambience instead of dark cellar gloom.

The duplex residential units have two levels and a private terrace. A private garden has been allocated to each of the ground floor apartments. The loggias opening over two storeys on the south-east façade and on the gable façades give the building an unmistakeable touch.
