The Résidence Grunewald presents new facets every day. The Résidence and its 26 units represent an architectural highlight on Kirchberg. The greatest contribution to this striking appearance comes from the remarkable wood exterior. Movable elements allow plenty of light to flood the apartments. At the same time, they provide effective shade for the east, south and west side of up to 100% of the window surfaces.
