The Résidence Le Mercure is a work created by the architecture firm Marc Gubbini Architectes.

All of the construction materials used are top quality. The window frames made of enamelled aluminium with thermically separate profiles are a clear example. The unique architectural concept of the Résidence Le Mercure makes it an extraordinary building at an extraordinary location.

The premises on the ground floor are eminently suitable for use as a doctor’s surgery, a law firm, a tax accountant’s office, an insurance office or retail stores.

HOCHTIEF Luxembourg moved into the ground floor of Le Mercure in the middle of 2008.
